Hi, I'm Cecilia. 

I am a lawyer-turn-tech geek, who talks about legal tech, product management, AI & machine learning and women in tech. I have given talks about my career transitions in various media outlets. I am now a Practice Technology Manager at White & Case, a global law firm, overseeing and implementing the use of new legal technology tools, processes and AI-enabled tools for transactional practices at the firm.  Before that, I worked as transactional lawyer specializing in leveraged finance & M&A in both Taiwan and New York. I also served as the Chief of Staff in the Taiwan chapter of Summer Institute in Computational Social Science, a non-profit promoting the interdisciplinary exchange of data science and social science.
